The 'Green Deserts' project has a long-term need for qualified personnel on different levels:
We need personnel for running the greenhouses and all the facilities regarding freshwater and liquid manure.
We need personnel to distribute the products and perform product-related quality checks.
We need personnel to analyse and forecast the effects of the project on an environmental scale as well as on a sociological level.
We need personnel to take care for all the other personnel and all the locals.
Accordingly, in the initial phase not only technicians and scientists will be needed for running the facilities and controlling the amount and quality of outputs.
Instead, schools for educating and centres for including the locals will be needed right from the start to build-up a strong community from which the project can derive its specialists in future times.
